Swapnil Jain is Assitant Vice President, Human Resources and Administration for Webdunia. He has been driving initiatives, policies and programs to engage and empower employees to collaborate and create value to the organization. He has played a strategic role in enhancing organizational efficiency by developing employee engagement and welfare practices.

Prior to Webdunia, Swapnil has served worked with several IT companies like InfoTech Resourcing – London, Eonglobal – USA, LCC Infotech Ltd – India and Pollmine.com – USA. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Pune University.
