at Webdunia to help organizations realize design-led outcomes. He is responsible to identify, manage & drive numerous Customer Experience initiatives, sell usability and design-as-a-service to various stakeholders, clients & associates. 

Taking charge of design leadership, Kunal joined Webdunia in
2018 to enable solutions that help companies achieve their business objectives via Design Strategy and Product Experience.

He has over 20 years of experience in User Experience Design,
Product Management, Team Building, and Project Management to deliver successful outcomes that result in Customer Delight. His professional portfolio is inclusive of Design Thinking and Lean UX Strategy along with strong marketing acumen, spread across multiple
domains. 

Kunal holds Design Thinking certification from Stanford University
Graduate School of Business and is an HFI-Certified Usability Analyst™ (HFI-CUA™).
